Utter s*#t. Avoid like the plague. Would rather remove my own testicles with a blunt rusty knife and eat them than order food from here again.

Poor service. Delivered the wrong food, we told them that if they didn't deliver the right food within 30 minutes we wouldn't be paying. Driver arrived. It didn't give us any food. Staff were rude when we spoke to them on the phone.  So rude.

When these first opened and took place of KFC it was lovely, even the delivery driver came round in a suit. The prices WERE reasonabale and very competitive now the prices are higher than the professionals at KFC..... 

It appears since then the food quality has gone down hill massively, coleslaw tastes stale, chicken is cold and bland, milkshakes are ridicolous. 

The delivery times from this place are ridicolous as in you'd be quicker hunting chicken and then nipping to tesco to buy the ingredients and season it yourself. 

Also since learnt that illegals had been found to be working here. It is all about greed and not about satisfying the customers now.

Ordered from them through just eat and had a voicemail saying the postcode provided is no good. When trying to contact them they didn't answer the phone even after calling for 20 minutes!!! Unable to get food and No refund either poor experience.
