We attended a children's party that had been booked for 2 months (10 kids 10 adults.) Upon arrival we sat at our table, and drinks orders were taken. (These drinks took 50 minutes to arrive) during which time the place filled up with walk ins, which were obviously being prioritised before us. We felt completely ignored and forgotten. In fact the floor staff were actually blanking us! The younger kids got cranky as they were starving! When eventually the food started to arrive, the adults were drafted in to assist with service. This would be because of the clear and obvious under staffing. The food was barely adequate in terms of quality, served in a mess tin, with a ramekin of peas (presumably to be consumed as a 'food shot'? Who knows?) - Completely unacceptable on every level. Don't grace them with your presence if you want to enjoy yourself.

Went in for breakfast. Lovely place but the service is extremely slow. Had to seat myself and and took 35 mins just to get a drink. Food was nice but I got served beacon eggs and pancakes in a bowl! :/ And had my extras missing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. However the menu has been updated and appears to have less choices than before, including the loss if a popular starter with our family. Hence the missing star.

We turned up on a cold Saturday evening, without having reserved, and we were still met with a friendly face and a seat instantly. The 2 ladies that were taking our orders and dealing with our drink requests were very polite and friendly. The food was perfect and arrived quickly. My 2 children were chatted with and made to feel quite grown up because they got to order for themselves. I couldn't fault the place. All very clean and welcoming. My two even polished off all their own food and shared the last of my dessert. Perfect way to finish a long day at a cheer competition.

We came here as a family for the first time to celebrate my sons 13th from the moment we walked in we were looked after by a lovely waitress ( Monika) who was funny and done everything for us even sorting out a surprise cake (much to the shock of my now teenage son!).The food was lovely and there was a good choice ,they cater for families so we never felt out of place. The only downside is the pay and display car park which is a bit of a farce (slow and give your reg type) but this is by no means F&Bs fault , a good family restaurant .
