Fantastic service. Food is delicious! Always pleased with Sam who takes my order and knows exactly what I like and does a fabulous job! Would recommend.

Just ordered a takeaway from Baddow Tandoori .... the chicken was not cooked properly, 1 item was missing the poppadoma were soft not crunchy and the tikka masala had absolutely no flavour at all. When we rang to complain we had to haggle for approximately half an hour only to be offered a refund for the chicken dishes !! £10 from a £40 order and an Indian with just rice and soft poppadoms !! Disgusting food and disgusting customer service !!!

We used to go there a lot as we live local but stopped going when they over charged us by £30. Taught my husband a lesson to check the total as when we went back they said they hadn't. There were only 2 of us with 1 drink each and it came to £80!!!!! Overcharged massively.
