I have stayed from 29/11/2018 to 03/12/2018. The hotel in near Russell Square station which is a advantage for the guests staying here. Room are neat and clean. Room service is good. I will stay here if I visit London again.
A member of staff there told me this morning that they have no toilets at all outside of the guest rooms for a week due to maintenance. Wouldn't consider staying there and can't recommend it to colleagues or clients due to the apparently limited facilities.and lack of planning on their part.
A large hotel situated on Russel Square in central London. The staff are very loyal and proud of what they do. The rooms are clean and tidy with room we had just been refurbished. It is only a stone's throw from the Brunswick centre if you want something to eat. There is also a good restaurant on site.
