Really nice and helpful staff. The single room I was in was super tiny, but decent occasionally some problems with noise from the other rooms. They have to work on insulation.... Nice cooked breakfast. Great location if you want to be near the British Library - and anyway near Russel Square, so conveniently central.
You will not find a baggage check room. You will not find a spacious, cool dining room for breakfast. If you share my fortune you will find the photo of my room's flight of stairs on your tortuous ascent as you will not find a lift.
For a 2-star hotel the room was looking really good, was big and the price was decent too.
Great hotel for the price. Room clean and up to date, breakfast excellent.
