I have recently completed buying a property through Roy Brooks. The whole sales team have been fantastic from start to finish. They were all friendly and professional and seem to genuinely love what they do. Elaine especially has been wonderful, always on hand and she went above and beyond her responsibilities to help the sale go through smoothly. If I ever sell a property I will use Roy Brooks! Completion was last week on both sale of my former house and purchase of a new house through Roy Brooks. I am delighted this has all gone through. The sales team has worked very hard on my behalf and been highly supportive when issues have arisen. Liz and Elaine, the two agents who led on the house purchase and the house sale have communicated with me, the vendor and the buyers at very frequent intervals so that I was kept informed about progress and setbacks. We have recently sold our property through Roy Brooks. The whole sales team have been great throughout the process. I'd like to particularly thank Harry and Sandra for their help from start to finish. They were friendly, professional and seem to genuinely love what they do.
From the outset Roy Brooks were pro- active in selling my property. They were consistently helpful and supportive throughout a difficult process. Jaydene was excellent at keeping me up to date with information and keeping all parties in the chain on task. I am very grateful for all the support I received.
I have viewed a few properties advertised by Roy Brooks and all the agents have been lovely. In the end I have purchased one of the apartments. I was mainly liaising with Harry Cartwright, who has been courteous and professional throughout the whole process. He was extremely responsive and diligently provided all the information required. I would highly recommend him and the agency.
We were so impressed by the level of service from Roy Brooks. Jaydene managed our sale and was always accessible and responsive, we really felt we could trust her judgement. One of the things that stood out was that the whole team took an interest in our property and were respectful of our requirements as sellers, for example, scheduling viewings in blocks which made it easier for us to manage with our young family. The photographer was excellent too, and incredibly patient as we followed him around the house whisking the kid's stuff out of shot. Moving is inevitably stressful but I think the team at Roy Brooks did all they could to lighten the load and are happy to recommend them.
A big thank you to Julia and the Roy Brooks team. After my first buyer fell through they quickly mobilised marketing and had multiple offers once more. It was important to have a strong committed buyer in order to save my Onward purchase. I also wanted a family to have it to once more breathe life back into my family’s home. The team fully understood that was the priority, and accepted the offer that best afforded this as opposed to the highest offer.
It was great to work with Elaine on our house purchase. Buying a property in the London market is far from simple, but Elaine guided us expertly from the viewing process right through to exchange and completion. The purchase, at times, became drawn out as a result of our buyer's solicitors, but Elaine worked diligently to communicate with us throughout the process, keeping us and the rest of the chain informed at all times. Informed, experienced and reassuring are three words I'd use to describe our encounters with Elaine and I'd thoroughly recommend her work.
We appointed Roy Brooks to sell our house, after another estate agent failed to do so. They were experienced, friendly and helpful, and we found Julia in particular to be very much on the ball. We were pleased with our experience and would use them again.
With house buying and selling dragging on so long with a chain you need the support of a professional and understanding team and so we are glad we chose Roy Brooks to sell our house. In the latter stages we were kept informed and had our questions chased up by Mike and we navigated to a successful conclusion. Thanks again and we recommend this team.
