Thank you, Beth and Stuart! I really felt like the process was lower stress than if we worked with another agency. Others kept pestering me incessantly even after multiple no's and I'm sure they would have pushed us to accept a poor offer. Acorn had our backs and kept us calm and level headed! We also did all this while remote, and it all went seamlessly.

We had a great experience with team Acorn, they sold the property quickly and helped me keep my nerve during the inevitable haggling over price. Having relocated to Devon, we sold a rental properly remotely. Over and above selling the flat Acorn couldn’t have been more helpful in terms liaising with tenants and ensuring the property was properly prepared for completion. I couldn’t recommend Beth, Stuart and the rest of the team more highly.
Mauricio was our lettings agent from Acorn and we could not speak more highly of him. We were in contact with 10+ agents across other property management companies whilst we were searching and he was one of the only agents who felt genuine in wanting to find us a place to live. He took all of our requests into account and proactively found places that matched what we were looking for. He was patient and supportive in all of our interactions with him and never made us feel pressured. We would highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a new place to call home.
My experience selling with Acorn was really good. I found the whole office very responsive. Beth was clear and straightforward and really helpful in managing some tricky moments with the buyer.
It has been quite a journey with Damian and he is the only reason that I am with Acorn. He had better not think of leaving the company any time soon as I will definitely be taking my business with me. On a more serious note, I first contacted Acorn almost a year ago for a valuation and with no clear plans of what to do with the property. Damian gave us his recommendation and has been with us every step of the way. He remained positive at all times and even when we thought about pulling the property off the market he still kept the faith. The property has now let and Damian is always happy to help sort any settling in issues that pop up. Acorn are really lucky to have him.
I recently sold my flat in Bermondsey with the help of Acorn Estate Agents. They were very helpful at all times, were quick with responses to questions or statements, and kept me in the picture whenever there was activity in the sale. Very pleased with their assistance and always a joy to speak with any of their staff.
Stuart and the sales team at Acorn London Bridge provided a good service. They were always courteous and dealt with things promptly. It was overall a good experience working with them, unlike other agents I have dealt with in the past.
Beth was wonderful throughout the entire process, which is stressful enough already as is. Friendly, knowledgeable and highly responsive! Would not have found our home without her, and the recommendations provided for services such as a mortgage broker were also very useful.
