I worked with Felicity J. Lord to purchase my current property. They were really great throughout the process and very responsive/helpful. Rich Williams was my agent and he was especially great. As a first time buyer he walked me through every stage and was incredibly supportive. I would definitely recommend working with them.
Richard Williams went over and above to support us during the sale and purchase of a property. He liaised efficiently and effectively with all parties to keep momentum and provide support throughout the whole process. He has been a delight to work with, very accommodating and was super responsive and answered every question we had along the way. We would highly recommend working with Richard and will be going back to him to help with any future sale/purchase!
Incredibly smooth process to check-in in our new flat. I have been struggling with the reference process and check-ins in the past due to lack of agents reactivity, but everything was sorted out very quickly this time. Gemma and Inga gave special attention to all our requests and made sure everything went well. This is the first time I leave a review as a tenant, as I usually get very frustrated by the lack of care but am so positively surprised. The flat was provided as per our requirements and in very clean conditions, thanks to the agents flexibility.

She has been an incredible help in our search to find our perfect new home, displaying unparalleled professionalism, kindness, and dedication in helping us secure the perfect rental for us. My experience buying my first flat in London was made smooth on the seller's side by their having worked with FLJ. Richard Williams in particular was very attentive to our last-minute and urgent interest in the property, and even though iterating over the holidays, was readily available to provide clarity on any inquiries we had.
