The team have been absolutely brilliant throughout the entire sales process, from valuation to completion. The property was sold within the promised time frame and Brandon & George were always available to answer any questions and pushed the sale along within the agreed deadline. They kept me up to date and assisted with any issues that arose. I will definitely use Acorn again.
I can't thank Jack and Brandon enough for the help and service they provided throughout the whole process of selling my property. From the moment the property went on the market, to handing over the keys, they were always at the end of the phone answering questions or ensuring the completion went through quickly, smoothly and stress free which I'm extremely grateful for. I would highly recommend Acorn to anybody looking to sell a property.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Jack and Brandon at Acorn Estates East Dulwich for the sale of our porperty. They sold out flat super quick with very little drama. We really appreciate all their help and would highly recommend them for anyone looking at selling
Started off well enough, invited to view a property I registered interest in. Viewing with Liam went well and had an offer accepted. Agent was a bit pushy on requests for deposit/details but no harm done as the area is competitive and I respect the hustle. I was then informed that the landlord wanted to change conditions or they would take another prospective tenant. I was not willing to comply as earlier terms were agreed so declined, but again no harm done. I am then advised my holding deposit will be returned as no fault of mine this had been paid the same day. 2 weeks on and I am still having to chase my deposit, whilst being met with unbothered responses. Seems interest is lost once there is no money to be made. Hopefully at some point this will be returned to me.
It has been a pleasure to liaise with Jack and Brandon from the Lordship Lane branch for the sale of my flat. All calls and emails were answered very promptly and in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone.
The Acorn team were efficient and personable in the sale of our property. Regular telephone calls and face-to-face contact in their office meant that the whole process felt like we were a team.

Couldn’t have had a better or smoother experience with acorn. Jack began our process with such enthusiasm and with real human interest In our needs then handed us to James and Cailey who were thorough and efficient in securing us the place we needed. Generally such a cohesive and supportive team. Can’t thank them enough. Especially Jack he’s lovely.
