Our representative Catherine is great... very easy to get in contact with and responsive when needed. Reasonable fees (around £100 plus VAT if I remember correctly). I'd recommend using Williams Lynch if you're in the Bermondsey area.

Overall not too impressed as a tenant with the services provided, the move in day could have been made a lot less stressful and certain actions which were agreed upon could have be carried out before we moved into the property.Was not disclosed to us before paying the holding deposit that the property was more of a shared let over a private tenancy and that we wouldn't have access to our mailbox. Williams Lynch have been fast to address issues since which we appreciate but still feel it justified to say that steps could have been taken in the viewing or before we had moved in to remove stress and offer a better service

Catherine Close became my property manager at Williams Lynch in September, 2017.

From the time she introduced herself, she has always been communicative, helpful and professional.

It’s been refreshing to deal with her and I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone, especially absentee landlords like myself.

Amazing experience. Catherine from Property Management is just always for us there- very responsive, informative, dealing with all our problems straight away. Living in a rented flat in London was never that easy. We cannot thank her enough. Well done!

Very well managed by Catherine, my Property manager. She has proactively helped us find great solutions and worked with us to ensure we have no problems at all. Its been wonderful engaging with her :)
