I owe a massive thank you to Mai-Lee for helping me secure an amazing deal on a flat to rent. I had been looking for a while and having met Mai-Lee on another viewing, she was super efficient in getting me booked in to see another potential property asap. It was everything I wanted and although I really liked it, I wasn't sure I'd get it. Mai-Lee advised me of price points and how to set out a good offer, which I followed and the next day I found out I had secured myself a new flat!! Mai-Lee was friendly, informative and honest - she made the experience so much better. I definitely recommend Mai-Lee and Dexters if you're ever looking for a new place :
I was really impressed with Dexters compared to other estate agencies in the area. We had quite specific requirements and Dexters didn’t bombard us with things that didn’t fit the bill. Compared to the daily emails I am still receiving from other agencies suggesting properties with the wrong number of rooms or 5 miles from school etc.. Bow was very honest and helpful and didn’t give us any off-putting hard sell. She just answered our questions and liaised efficiently with the prospective landlord. She was also very knowledgeable about the property and the area generally. Thanks!
I viewed a property through Dexter's London a few months ago, which I was hesitant initially as it was not in its best state as the previous owner were still there and it was before the redecorating of the property. Thankfully, Shannon Waterfall, who was one of the agents and showed me around the property have reassured me through the process and to trust that it will be better before I will move in. Also, she have guided me through and kindly negotiated with the Landlord to approve of my requests regarding the property. I have not seen the redecorated property before moving in, but was so pleased to see it on my moving day, it was so much better than we have expected. Shannon was also very helpful, kind and readily offers solutions when I have questions.
Just rented a lovely flat from Dexters London Bridge and would greatly recommend the letting service. Ida is very attentive to our needs and we managed to negotiate a great offer. I wanted to take one star was away because of the payment terms without guarantors you need a two-month overlap payment. Under these days it’s a bit hard and I was not aware of that prior to submitting my offer. But some other large agencies also do that, so make sure you know the payment schedule before sending an offer.
Mai Lee was so helpful. Even though the supply of letting property was so tight around London Bridge area, she tried to help me to get an apartment, and referred me to her colleague in other branch and visited an apartment with good location and reasonable monthly rent the same day~! Dexters was efficient and attentive to our needs. Although we decided to rent another apartment with no split levels, I appreciate her help.
Huge thank you to Mai-Lee for helping my partner and I secure our dream flat in London. We have been on the hunt for the perfect property for some time, and when we found it, Mia-Lee was so efficient in helping us get it. Mai-Lee advised us throughout the whole process on price points, how to set out our offer, and what we needed to include in our bio, and just like that – after a few hours of submitting our offer form, the flat was ours. Mai-Lee was such a pleasure to work with, I could not recommend her and Dexters more if you are on the hunt to rent your dream property. Thanks, Mai-Lee!!
I have been dealing with Dexters London Bridge Office for a few months now, both for selling properties and as a letting agent and they are great! I instructed Dexters in relation to the sale of my shared ownership flat. I was very impressed with the whole team from start to finish. They arranged viewings from day one and I had numerous offers within two weeks. I was also very impressed with Jake who was invaluable in pushing the sale forward and providing regular updates. He definitely helped make the process less stressful.
