I have never experienced such amazing service, like i have receive from two employees from felicity j lord. Both Cara and Carina were exceptional. Their knowledge, their experience, their care and their patience. Their customer service was something that many other companies could definitely learn from. I would highly recommend these ladies Keep it up !!!!

Sonny was assisting us in the purchase of our first home from the viewing right until the completion. He was always very approachable, quick in responding to emails and very proactive in addressing the questions and concerns. Overall - fast, effective, productive and great communicator. It was a pleasure to work with Sonny, without him the process would definitely take much longer. Thank you!

FJLord Surrey Quay. Sonny worked hard to show us properties in Rotherhithe. Eventually we said yes to Pacific Wharf. Then the fight with the vendor started - in stepped Carina who quite simply, saved the sale. Exceptional devotion to duty, managed to find a route through to sale closure. Lots of knowledge of lease law and routes to comply with those laws. Nigel and Sarah

Carina was involved with selling our house starting from evaluation to completion. We experienced a few issues to say the least along the process (legal issues and mortgage issues for the buyers, not FJL fault) and we cannot thank Carina enough for persisting and seeing the sale through. She went beyond her job and has followed things through even when she was on annual leave. We selected FJL as one of our neighbours had sold the house through them few years before us and they had highly recommended them and we are so glad we chose them.

Sonny was fantastic from start to finish. He went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a smooth exchange/completion. The purchase would have fallen through without his dogged determination. I can thoroughly recommend Sonny and his team.
