From day 1, Claudiu Rosu, our agent, was on the ball with sending us more housing suggestions, all within a stones throw of our original requested property, to be viewed the same day. He spoke very translucency with us about the properties and gave thoughtful opinions about the flats and the local areas. I don’t have any other way to describe it rather than excellent. Claudiu, has been the most professional, friendly and kind agent I’ve ever had. That is why this was the second time I ask him for help finding a place. Definitely will look for his help in the future. Anybody who needs help ask for him, you will not regret it.

10 starts for Claudiu Rosu! My situation is very different from many others. I am US based but relocate to UK temporary. I needed an apartment asap because I was staying in hotel and the bills pilling up. After showing the apartment, Claudiu laid out all financial options for me and explained the pros & cons for each one. We worked closely together, was able to get everything cleared, and moved in within a week! I had issues with other folks but none with Claudiu! 11 out of 10 recommended him!

That is the worst real estate agency I have ever seen. My recently rented apartment is without hot water for 15 days, I have been contacting several times Mela Steadman, they are asking for 10 more days to schedule a specialized visit. Tenant Act estimates 24 hours for such emergencies to be solved. Many more repairs reported to be done not yet looked. Never have seen this kind of service in my life.  Edit: I contacted the help email they replied, nothing has been done.

Claudiu Rosu, from Stirling Ackroyd Estate Agents, is the best real estate agent I have met so far. Without him I would not have managed to rent the apartment in London where I live with my family now. Very attentive to the client's wishes, showed promptness, seriousness, professionalism, insistence with the landlord and superiors to solve my problems, available at any time for communication, even outside working hours! Thank you very much Claudiu! ! Many thanks to the whole team that worked for me!

I had Daniel Unger help me to look for a flat and he was extremely easy to communicate with, he was detailed and made everything easy. He would reply to messages in no time which made it stress free. Would recommend Daniel as an agent.

Billy, Latisha and the team did a great job. Again. Excellent work throughout. Everyone consistently prompt, courteous and professional approach. Keen to get the business then followed by consistently great work. Latisha, move-in manager, deserves a special mention. She kept me informed throughout, provided regular updates and saw everything through to a calm and productive conclusion. Super work, thank you, very impressive.

CANCELLED VIEWING WITHOUT NOTICE.  Called to book a viewing at Waterloo near Lambeth North Station yesterday. No confirmation email received whatsoever. Called again in the next morning to confirm the viewing is on - was confirmed but no confirmation email is sent again. ARRIVED at the place to hear the unit was rented out. No cancellations email no call whatsoever again.  CLAIMED to have made calls and email to cancel, but nothing in my email/voicemail, and funnily I was on my phone for the entirety of the morning.  Such a waste of time and could not communicate properly.

Billy Quinn, Latisha Corea and the Stirling Ackroyd team were hugely helpful - they delivered a highly efficient and responsive service.  Billy's "can do" attitude is a breath of fresh air.  A pleasure to deal with.
