Booked 2 taxis only 1 turned up, called told 15 minutes away.......called a further 3 times almost an hour later still no car and sarcastic customer service.....don't use!!! Not worth trying to get to A to B with a bunch of lies in between. If you can't cater for YOUR customers then tell them that !!
Dishonest drivers My 84 yr old mother who has Dementia was over charged she gave driver £20 note for £5 fare never got the change ...Driver wasnt traced despite complaints ..we now been blocked from use this firm how petty
I use this taxi service once a week, most weeks at the moment. Always friendly when ringing up, had no problems with the taxis or their drivers. Pleasure to travel with and a lot cheaper than other firms that i've used.
Totally impressed with your service between Birmingham airport and Burton on Trent the other night. At 0200 hours. A polite driver and helpful. It was more impressed as our local taxis in Burton wouldn't turn out. So no problem using you again. Thanks again
