Just had a ride with five star , and it was fantastic! The driver was not only on time but also really friendly and chatty, which made the trip enjoyable. The car was spotless, and I felt completely at ease. I’ll definitely call them again next time I need a ride!
I recently used five Star for a few trips around the city, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The drivers were always on time, polite, and professional, which made the whole experience stress free. The cars were clean and comfortable, too.The service was just as exceptional as the name suggests, 5 Star.

I was going on holiday and booked the taxi through my work as my company has a contract with them … they were happy to accommodate me by doing a discount and to take me to the airport and back …. I had so much to do as I did work a lot that I did not go to bed till late and did not wake up for my taxi …. Luckily they have been brilliant and kept ringing me till I finally heard my phone … the taxi driver which I knew from work did wait patiently as I was rushing to get my things together… if I did book with another firm like Uber they would not have waited and I would have missed my holiday so a big thank you for the outstanding service that 5 star cars did provide and your drivers are a credit to your firm … 5 star cars definitely deserve 5 stars … I would highly recommend it

I was very happy with the service as I booked a 16 seater last minute to the airport booked it night before was worried that might be short notice as the company I booked with let me down last minute. Thankfully it arrived 20mins earlier and waited for us all till we were ready to go And 2 weeks later picked us up on are return was there waiting for us at the airport. Good service will recommend and will use again
We use this company for a trip to Twickenham stadium on the 10th of August. They were very apt in time. They kept to the terms of the contract. I will use them again. I recommend them Alex the driver was amazing and professional.
Brill company pleasant drivers. Much better rates than black cabs . No rip off extras for clean air charges .well recommended . Thanks guys made our visit to Brum easy to get around . Andy
