Uber is nothing but a sham of a company, hiding behind a fake image of fairness and diversity while ruthlessly exploiting its drivers. Their claim of inclusivity is a sick joke. Sure, they parade staff from different backgrounds in their front offices to look good, but behind the scenes, their practices are blatantly racist, discriminatory, and downright unethical. Drivers are treated like disposable tools, not human beings. They live in constant fear of having their accounts deactivated for no reason, stripped of their livelihoods without explanation. Uber doesn’t care about fairness or justice – they care about power and profits. Complain? Speak out? They’ll retaliate by shutting you down. It’s a disgusting abuse of power, and they know drivers can’t do much about it. Their so-called customer support is even worse. Every time someone raises a valid issue, they’re met with robotic, useless responses like, ‘Please contact support,’ which leads nowhere. It’s all a scripted circus to dodge responsibility. Uber has no intention of fixing anything or addressing the disgusting way they treat their drivers. They’re too busy counting the billions they rake in from the sweat of people they abuse. This company is rotten to the core. They exploit, discriminate, and destroy livelihoods while pretending to be fair and progressive. Uber is the epitome of corporate greed, hypocrisy, and injustice. If you have even a shred of conscience, avoid this parasitic company at all costs. They don’t deserve it.
Long wait in a queue to get in, but once you get to the front desk they're friendly and efficient. The hub itself is nice and in an easy place to access for cars and public transport
Hi I’m Shamus and I had issue with my uber driving app on Thursday 31st October the time of 4.28pm. Birmingham office closing time was 5.00pm and I was 20 miles away from Birmingham and I decided to go to office if I got there on time before 5.00pm and traffic is usually bad because busy time and when I reached the uber office the time was 5.01pm and office closed and i knocked the door and someone came and i explained the issue and asked them if they can sort my issue and Gentleman Mr Ashley was very friendly and welcomed, they sorted my app issue in few minutes and i really appreciate that help thanks to Mr Ashley

The staff there are very helpful and friendly.The young lad with the ring and the 2 lady’s on his left are all one team who are there to help one another.The best place for troubleshooting issues on Uber accounts etc
Absolute disgusting service thieves robbing drivers worst customer service no help for drivers from call centre staff i raised a question customer ordered a cash taxi fare was £11.68 to collect from customer, customer had no cash so i put down £0.00 after clearing the journey i was paid £4.56 upon questioning uber i was told you still got paid something why are you complaining i would advise always check the fare with driver before starting your journey if you feel you are being robbed by uber then cancel journey and agree on a cash price with driver
Take 40 quid for a meal that doesn't get delivered, then I got to wait 3 to 10 days for a refund, disgrace I am not ordering through Uber again. just eat from now on
Top notch service, come with or without appointment, you still get looked after, free and enough parking on premises. 5 star service by CSR Mr Ateeq, keep up the good work buddy, Stay Blessed.
Was seen promptly at my appointment time, plenty of parking when I went, staff were helpful.
Friendly staff. Always willing to help and answer any questions you may have.
