I use royal cars more than 5 years .the new company Service is very poor they say 5 minutes then taxi comes after 40 minutes some drivers are rude Royal cars were much better than kmr. And I used this taxi with my children they charge me 50% extra I don't recommend specially for family!
Drivers are very professional and quick service
They didn't even send a taxi out and I've been waiting for 1 hour
If i could put zero I would of. Stay clear from this rank. Driver decided he wanted cash upfront and because I needed to go bank he chucked me and my 3 kids out of the car... Very disappointing
Have been using this firm for many years,just called fora taxi and was informed I would need to pay up front for my journey needless to say I refused the service as I don’t like the assumption that I would book a taxi without having money to pay for my journey ! This disrespect does not work for me !!!!!
My taxi came and the driver was VERY RUDE so I had to cancel my taxi and get another TAXI with a better service, at least if you've got drivers tell them to show respect to your costumers , or maybe you should BUY them RESPECT as they don't have any!!!
NEW COMPANY KMR CARS DONT USE THEM I’ve been a customer for years i get them almost everyday but I didn’t have enough on me until I got home I offered him half of the fare which would have been 10 pounds he refused after me waiting 30 mins they have recently changed name to KMR CARS DONT NOT USE THEM
Had an awful day today and used this firm to get a taxi back home from hospital. Had the best taxi driver ever, he was really nice and friendly. Really cheered me up, didn't want to get out the taxi, could've spoken to him all night!!
