Have no choice but to use this taxi company as its the one the hospital use my 6 year old child has cancer and every time we are waiting over an hour you call up to get told they are busy and it will be another 10 to 15 minutes so you wait only for them still not come they are a joke get more people if you are that busy a cancrr patient should not have to stand outside for over an hour for a taxi
Shocking service! My 76 year old mother ordered her taxi from a care home in Washwood Heath where she was visiting my Dad to be taken home to Northfield. The driver got lost 3 times, then told her to get out at as another cab was going to take her home. He basically told her to get out and she was left not knowing what was going on, extremely upset, no idea where she was all on her own in. Another cab did arrive about 5-10 minutes later but how disgusting to just drop an older lady on her own somewhere she has never been to. She was distraught and in tears.
What brilliant service 4 taxis in all over the this weekend to attend my brother wedding and take back to train station and hotel two was booked in advance 2 was to be picked up excellent service and wow excellent price it was first class Service thank kindly and highly recommend
I recently used this company and was very impressed. The taxi driver was prompt, professional and his price was very reasonable. I left my phone in his car and it was very quickly returned. A big thank you to this company.
25 minutes late last week. Though things do happen, so tried them this week. After nearly an hour of chasing my taxi, nothing but excuses I used another company. It took 20 minutes for a car from the other company to arrive, and still no Castle Cars. I'll not use a company that can't sort its drivers out.
Vwry friendly. Helpful and polite drivers they come ontime and help me and my Daughter travel all they way from coventry to Birmigham Childrens Hospital and take us back they do an amazing job for Birmingham Chidlrens Hospital thankyou very much
If you book make sure you get a price. I was given a price, when the driver turned up he said the shortest time was an extra £8 pounds on top of the £25 quote. The 25 quote will take 1 hour 45 mins instead of 35 mins, we said no rush. So we no rush, and the roads suddenly cleared and we arrived at our destination 40 later ,
They were on time. Price as agreed. Friendly driver. Will book again!
if i could give it 0 stars i would . Im a disabled person ,Icould of been left stranded . i pre booked a taxi for 1130 .11 50 i rang them ,They could not give a time even know pre booked ,This is not the first time i have been let down . the bloke put the phone down on me then cancelled the taxi ,We then phoned A2B they was brilliant came in 10 minutes ,i will never use this company again
