I rather walk or catch a bus .better still use ace cars  Birmingham city centre. Only if the meter is on or do a booking with the office. Falcon cars management bunch of crooks

Absolutely terrible. They don't understand the concept of time. Never book this, even if you are going to die. A cycle can take you to destinations quicker.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING THESE AND DEFINATLEY THE LAST. I WAS CHARGED £5 FOR A 4 MINUTE JOURNEY WHERE HERITAGE CARS CHARGED ME £3.50. SO HERITAGE CARS I RECOMMEND GUYS THEY ARE BASED IN SMETHWICK.

Falcon Car Drivers constantly park on double yellow lines outside their own Offices in the morning rush hour. This reduces the road from 2 to 1 lane, and causes massive traffic tail backs across Hagley Road back into Harborne

Company great any issues with any drivers they deal with straight away wont go into detail put they done us proud
