A favourite foodie pub for us! Never had a bad meal or experience in any way. Manager is very helpful and friendly. Lovely warm welcoming atmosphere. Amazing food with BIG portions! All you could possibly want from a family pub.Food: 5/5
The place is nice, the food was good and not overpriced. Is it no waiters service you order at the bar and they will bring it for you. But having said that they do come to check if your meals are all ok. Will come back again. Thank you.Food: 4/5

Oh dear so disappointing. The fish and chips was like a child’s meal. Despite reserving there was a long wait to be served. The pub was also cold. Really needs a refurbishment it’s jaded and tired. Reminded me of an old 80s pub. Be careful of the offer available. Not worth it in my opinion. Never again.Food: 1/5
Having been here before and had good service we went back for another football match viewing and had awful service. Firstly we’d pre booked and our table had been given to people who were just being served food, so we literally had to wait ages for our table. Then we had to ask like many others did too for the football to be put on the TV as it was showing cricket yet everyone came for the football. As we’d pre booked our table like many had, the manager came around asking for orders of burgers but like on our previous visit we got ignored and never asked. Felt like we weren’t good enough. Bar staff weren’t much help either. Waited 10mins at the bar to be served when it was quiet, staff looking at us but blatantly ignoring us. Really poor service from our visit. To the point we will not be going back. They’ve lost our custom due to their poor customer service!!
Fantastic local pub offering lots of different food and drink options. Great place for families and friends. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Kid-friendliness: Has a play area for children
We visit most weeks for the quiz but sometimes choose to eat as well as we did this week. The food is exactly what you expect and pay for with this chain. I had the scampi and chocolate fudge cake. The service is always very friendly and the staff make an effort to ensure you feel welcome whilst also having a sense of humour. The building and interior really could do with some work doing, it's the main let down and it needs a refurbishment.
Great atmosphere, cozy environment, friendly people and nice food. Couldn't asked for anything else. Plus a nice collection of books just for a pound to donate.Food: 5/5

Excellent service, excellent food and comfy surroundings. What more could you ask for ? ........oh yeah, good beer tick Parking: The one thing that is difficult. The car park is quite small and fills up easily. The only alternative is to park on the nearby estate.
