Went in to get my laptop screen repaired after i accidentally smashed it, they fixed within the same day. Amazing service. kind people working there. I would 100% recommend it to anyone. Much better than waiting weeks at Currys.
I’ve used their services to diagnose a charging/battery related problem with my laptop. They were professional and had a good communication. The timing was tricky in my case but they have underpromised delivery timeand over delivered, which was a lovely surprise. They have also helped me find original pieces and chargers to be able to prolong my laptop’s life. Very happy with their work and professionalism
Went in for just a battery replacement, laptop worked perfectly when plugged in just turned off when unplugged. 2 days later get an update saying the laptop has a problem with crashing which has never happened before. Got no updates unless I rang them for the next three weeks. All in all they had my device for three weeks and now it’s in worse condition than when I took it in. At least they didn’t charge me anything though! :
Highly recommend this place, went to a terrible place nearby before trying this place and they was able to install the SSD as I asked, was patient and spoke to me clearly/friendly. They also cleaned the inside without asking or charging because they noticed it needed it. Very friendly and helpful
Went in to see why my external hard drive was not working. They confirmed my suspicions about what was wrong and promptly fixed it. Overall, excellent speedy service, highly recommended!

Was told would receive an email so I check progress of repair. No email came through despite checking junk email etc. after a week of no contact chased it up as well as checking the email address they held. Was told someone would contact me the next day with what was happening but never happened. Chased up again after another week of no updates or email to be told no one had even looked at it yet!! Collected it back unrepaired as didn't want to waste any more time at a place which can't be bothered to do the work Edit: Shortly after picking up the console I received a text from the manager Sean apologising for the mess up and asked to be able to put the situation right along with a discount on the repair. I decided to give them one more go and the service has been excellent. Finally received the email to see the progress of the repair, was given messages of updates of each thing they had done and turned the repair around in less then a week. Was given a small discount on the total cost but a very different experience from the first time I handed them my PS4. Shame this experience didn't happen the first time round but was great how quick it was all sorted so thank you team
Two weeks before,I give my hp gaming laptop for screen issues.But,they monitored and said that there is a problem in logic board too.But the service was excellent from them.And they replaced the screen also.very good and nice service by engineers.Overall good service.now,the laptop is working well.
if I could give 0, I would. The store name and customer service are at odds. This should not be the definition of a rocket REPAIRS. When I pressed the power button of my laptop, the screen was not visible and I went to this store on 3rd February to get my laptop repaired. They asked me for the charger of my laptop and I brought the charger on Monday5th February. While I was there, I asked if there was an update, the employee who work there said we will contact you today or Tuesday but no one has contacted me. When I went to ask about the latest situation on 8th February, there was another employee there and he said he is not aware of the situation. He said he was not told this. Okay, but that's not my problem. Even worse, no one had taken care of my laptop to solve the problem. There is also misunderstanding between employees. They don't know about each other.I told him that I am working remotely and need my laptop and ASKED for the problem to be solved quickly. Fortunately, they said that there was a problem with the ram slot and it needed to be changed. That's fine change it then :D however, they said that another engineer will replace the ram slot. While we were talking about these, the date was February 10th, and I was told that the engineer who will replace the ram slot is on leave and will start working on February 15th. I decided to wait and went again on Monday19th February. I noticed that there is still no progress to solve the problem on the laptop then I collected my laptop on Thursday22nd February. I waited for a total of 19 days, the problem is still ongoing, and they demanded 30 pounds of money from me as an investigation fee. I don't understand what they investigated :D. I also noticed some scratches on my laptop. They made the laptop even worse. If you have money to throw in the trash and you don't want your problem to be solved, you can bring your stuff here. Also, I collected my laptop not because I don't want to proceed, because you didn't want to solve the problem. Also, I wanted to proceed , but you didn't want to proceed. You kept me waiting for 19 days, and you were aware of that, and you apologized constantly, but that doesn't change anything.
