very strange.. won't give a price per gram on scrap gold over the phone.. id understand if it was for evaluation on a specific peace but every pawn broker has a scrap gold per gram price range.. why make someone travel all the way in to find out a price :-s lol.. guess I'll take my 200 grams to a different shop that doesn't want to make me travel to find out a scrap gold price

Lovely little shop. Very friendly helpful staff. Brought and sold here no problems at all. Would definitely recommend to others.

Wouldn't recommend this place when it comes to watches. Staff member I spoke to was very rude and had little knowledge of watches. Practically laughed at me when I said how much I wanted to get for my Omega and said I would get no way near that; week later sold it for more than I wanted elsewhere. May have some nice watches in the window, but unfortunately let down by poor horological knowledge and terrible customer service skills. Better places out there.

I went to 6 medium to large jewellers in Southampton who gave me very different valuations for my Gold. Valuations differed from £400 up to £800. 

I didn’t believe the 6 jewellers knew what the different items of Gold where nor did they seem to have good attention to detail. 

Recycle gave me the highest price and also I believed what they told me. 

Thank you Recycle, appreciate your service and honesty.

The staff are just disgraceful - obnoxious - aragont disgusting people, especially the one with black hair.
Do not take your girlfriend here because this man can't be trusted.
The most horribly terrible service offered.
I can't express to you anymore the fact that you need to "GO TO A DIFFERENT PAWN BROKER". Do not buy or sell here, the man here is atrocious.
Worst service I have ever recieved.
Most horribly terrible horrible man I have ever met in my life.
Absolute appalling.
I left feeling disgusted and am having major mental health issues because of this pawnbrokers.!!!!.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE !!!!.
