Had a print made from a source that we weren't sure of the quality of, were told that it was good by their system. When we collected the print it wasn't great, but the staff member made sure we realised how bad it looked. Blamed the transfer process and was quite unfriendly and unhelpful about it. Bragged about how he always did things correctly for his own photos which was unpleasant. The print more than suited our needs, such concerns should have been raised before we paid, or some resolution could have been offered beyond just berating customers.

Called up previously to visiting, asked if they could clean my camera, they offered to do it for free. Once I arrived Mathew was incredibly helpful not only with my camera issues but with offering me new options to improve my filming experience. Friendly and professional could not recommend Mathew or the brand enough

Walked in today hoping to get some advice with regards to purchasing a new lens having been recommended this shop. After speaking to two employees who could not determine if a lense would be suitable for my camera or not, I was told completely incorrect information about the product in question. I was then referred to a Nikon ‘expert’ who happened to be in store who was equally as clueless about the product that I was asking about (simply, a 50mm Nikkor Prime Lense). I was told that the acronym AF meant that the lense suited a full frame camera and AF-S meant it was designed for cropped sensors. After pointing out that I believed that’s what the Dx acronym stood for in the description, the Nikon ‘expert’ dismissed this. Really dismayed that the information provided to me was completely incorrect. Polite - yes, knowledgable/helpful - no, not at all.

Good experience, friendly staff. I managed to get what I wanted, spare battery and charger for the Sony A6500. A small shop but well stocked.
