My daughter’s Mac Book Pro screen failed one month out of warranty and I was charged £469 to repair it. I was told it was due to possible liquid damage which I did not believe. Complained about the price and was told to call customer support which I did. I spoke to them for over an hour and in the end was told to speak to the manager of the store when I would pick up the Mac book. Went over a week later back to the store and complained as advised. Spoke to the manager for over half an hour about the cost and about the number of my Apple products failing in one year. The manager said she would call me the next day waited over a week no call came. I only got a negative e-mail from her after I had filled in the review of their service online. Wrote back never heard anything more from them. Very disappointed as I was a loyal Apple customer!

Laptop has been in for repair 4 times now in the space of 9 months and was told I'd get a replacement. Still no replacement and instead goes in for repair for the same issue as prior with no but excuses from the 10+ peolle who keep "taking over the case". Should be ashamed.

Fantastic help received to sort out my iPhone, Stu was fabulous! Restored my phone and all the functionality. Great service and very friendly. Could not fault them.

A great service, We booked an appointment online to sort out our son's iPhone and found the whole experience brilliant. In particular the advisor we dealt with Calvin was extremely helpful and at all times we felt he had our best interests in mind and not selling us extra unwanted items

Three members of the apple team hovering in the doorway of a nearly empty store late this afternoon manage to ignore completely this old (76) woman who wanted to buy a second iPad. Apple is ageist - don’t expect one of their greeters to greet you if you are mature.
