Service was a little slower than one would hope overall the variety is good and some great deals can be found on games and DVDs. I'm alot more comfortable buying here than on Gumtree or Ebay at CEX I know the parts have been tested and this can save a lot of time and money in the long run.

Bad purchase experience, staff is not friendly. Make you hate going to them and you kinda feel bad when you make a purchase.

Very lazy and boring staff who mostly busy chatting to each others than serving customer in long queues . They deserve worst customer service award
