Unfortunately didn't manage to catch the lady's name who helped me today as I was a bit frazzled - but it was like the staff couldn't do enough to help. She helped strip off the packaging so that the oven would fit in the car with two car seats, then went to find extra bubble wrap to protect the corners which my youngest has not stopped popping for fun since. Really quick service and so friendly.
An excellent, well-managed shop that offers a large range of electronic and electrical items. Pay and Display car park nearby. But if you park less than 30 minutes you are free to go.
Just wanted to thank Jess from this store in Southampton for helping us out! She was amazing from start to finish with sorting out our broken washing machine and we can't thank her enough! Such a lovely member of staff. - Zoe and Simon
This is a place where you can buy your all electronic and electrical items including most of accessories. Good place to see the products with lot of selections to experience before you buy.

Went in to look at and possibly purchase a new washing machine. Issues with current Samsung machine, but that's for another review!!! LYNN was outstanding, took the time & effort to explain the differences between the 3 machines my wife was interested in. Ordered it on Friday 29th Dec, delivered on Sunday 31st. Delivery was excellent, old machine taken away and was told how to fit new machine which I knew. Seemless from start to finish.
We had brought a phone from curry and were told to come and pick it up over a text. Only to turn up and be told they had lost it. This clearly shows some sort of issue going on in the store and causes us to question curry’s reliability if they are able to lose something as valuable as a phone- which we had already paid for. On top of this we were ignored and made to wait 50 minutes before being served which only lead to us becoming more frustrated.
Click and collect showed one in stock, arrived at the store 40 minutes later and noticed a lot of demo models missing, took a photo because I had doubts and 20 minutes later the order is cancelled, at a guess they don't like being caught out selling the demo models, hence the wait on click and collect and the disinterested staff in the shop, can't sell a new product as new if you're caught boxing it up from the demo shelf can you?
People working there are rude and mannerless . They are not interested in the customers. I was very rudely avoided by a guy there.First time in my life I have seen such behaviour.
