Long wait to be helped when wanting to purchase a dishwasher. None in stock to take home that day. Think they do this on purpose so you have to pay delivery, which is such a long wait you end up paying more to get it sooner. Would order big appliances online but not in-store anymore.

Not welcomed into the store at all! Pushing a wheelchair also and not one member of staff had the initiative to say that there was a lift available if needed. I counted 6 members of staff all standing in the middle of the store just chatting about their personal lives. When I went upstairs there was not one member of staff to be seen. It felt like it was the quickest transaction of my life as they asked for my name, number, postcode and money!

Rude staff, really poor customer service. Buy online it's usually cheaper and its less likely to make you angry!

The store is well equipped. You need plenty of time on your hands, if you want to buy something here.
