Hypocritical that they make a fuss about patients not turning up for appointments then make no effort to inform me that my appointment has been cancelled. Telling me that they had tried to phone me and texted.me last week they have my correct number so hown can that be. No apologies when I truned up for said appointment today.

Our receptionist work very hard to accommodate patients with appointments, it's not their fault if there are no appointments available. It's a making of our own there are no appointments, we have got use to running off to see the Dr for things that years ago you would stick a plaster on it or see the pharmacist, going to see the doc was for more serious conditions. However as for waiting time remember the doc maybe running late because he or she had a patient that was really ill person to see who took longer than the normal 10 minutes the Dr is required

Doctors here are generally very good and helpful, the reception I have found always very polite and knowledgeable. Self checkin service, usually wait 10 - 15 mins before being seen. Only gripe is appointments can be 1 - 2 weeks before you can get in.

I've been a patient at Rise Park Drs surgery for 15 months along with my Two sons. The Drs are generally really nice, the nursing staff are lovely been fab with my 15 month old, I had one issue with the young girl on reception when my 15 month old was 4 weeks old I called in to see if a Gp could see him straight away as something was wrong she refused and said no appointments, I reminded her he's 4 weeks old her reply there's no appointments until next week, I had to take him to QMC. Linda (receptionireceptionist) is lovely really did go the extra mile to help my son and I, which we was very grateful for. The only issues at the surgery you can be waiting well over an hour after your appointment time and when you have toddlers/young children they start to get frustrated and the surgery doesn't have a play corner to keep them occupied. Overall it's a good surgery considering our NHS are under pressure.

Waiting time is anything between 20 min to 1 hour so turning up on time doesnt make any difference.... Receptionist - there is a old lady who always wear wirless phone receiver she is the rudest person i have seen in my life.... She has got no atticates, no manners .. Really surprised how can she survive there... Some doctors are nice and helpul
