The Receptionist Are Very Rude, Disgusting Attitude. I've Been With The Surgery Since Before It Was Taken Over By Dr Chahal, Unfortunately With All The Efforts Made To Progress In A Positive Respect, This Surgery Has Gone Down Hill & Has Been Doing So For A Long Time. All The Best Doctors Have Left & The Few Left Behind Are Always Fully Booked & So Your Left With A GP Who Knows Nothing About You & Have Made The Wrong Decision, Regardless Of The Evidence Of Severe Infection, I Had To Resort To A&E Who Immediately Prescribed Antibiotics. And I Can't Even Put Into Words The Disgusting Attitude Of The Receptionists. To Think Years Of Taxes Are Paying The Salary Of Such Retarded People Is Quite Sickening... And Now They've Joined The Greenwood & Bakersfield Surgeries... God Have Mercy On Them.... How Long Before They Take These Reputable Surgeries Down With Them.

I love this woman to BITS! EXCELLENT Doctor and sense of humour to die for :) Sorry I never got the chance to say Goodbye Doc - will love you forever.. anne-marie (that pain in the ass that lived at flat 4 dale street) LOVE YOU!!!!!!

Had a lot of very urgent medical business I needed sorted ASAP and was let down every step of the way here... beyond disappointed. Doctors okay but generally awful experience here. Then again don't know if that's The Dale or just the NHS... Anyway, thanks for nothing.

It is a horrible place. Very rude staff (receptionists) and it is extremely hard to get an appointment. A few times I needed an emergency appointment, referral letters to the specialists or doctor's consultation on the phone and it took me ages to get it. I am going to leave this place .

The receptionist is very rude,disrespectful and has no manners.I have rang twice for an appointment and have been refused to get one and have been told to ring back, just hope I'm alive by then to ring back.They don't understand some1 can be in urgent need .. Having to resort to A&E who advice to see the GP.Will be leaving the surgery and joining a new practice due to the receptionist ! 🤕🤒
