Correction added after further visits. Once a great Doctor's Surgery. Been there for years and years. I was upset to see negative comments on here. However, now I understand, processes over people. Made me feel awful. Once you always got the feeling they cared. I think my problem was is that I work. Probably fine if you do not work. If you work, may be worth considering a different Surgery. Further correction: Must admit that the Doctors remain as fantastic as they have always been. Whatever admin probably there may be or system and processes that impact you. The Doctors remain 1st Class. It makes me proud to be English.

How can you only book between 8 and 9 for an appointment but they never pick up. I've been trying to reach them for a few weeks to get an appointment.

I was later explained that I can book online. Email staff was really helpful.

Sir/madam 

I was trying to get an appointment  for my self this and start ringing at 8:17 and telephone line was very busy. I made 59 calls to get am appointment and specially when you are at work. Finally telephone  contacted to receptions and lady said that all appointments  fininshed and i can offer you any appointment and she said to me that  if you want an appointment i can offer you for next week or you can go hospital , i ecplained her that i am at work i can not go to hospital. Then i asked can i speak with any doctor's over the phone and she no because all doctor's are busy.

I think if person is not well  he should get appointment but this was disappointing  not to get appointment  after 59 times trying . This is very serious matter and should not be over looked and system should be better as well.we are not in 15 century. I hope my complaint should go to relevant person or department to look this issue very seriously.

Call between 8-9 for an appointment. I have called 300 times within this hour and failed to get through to make a somewhat important appointment. (More than one occasion)
Terrible GP service, the worst I have ever encountered over the 20+ surgery’s I have been at. Surprised this is allowed!
