Some great doctors but consistently rude receptionist staff who don't know what the're doing. Better of signing up to another local GP.

One receptionist has no telephone manners at all is always constantly rude. The doctors are amazing so its a shame that it is so stressful to book appointments.

Dr. Royal has been so caring and professional with all my issues, he has always treated me with respect and explained everything thoroughly. I cannot say the same for the other doctors and reception staff that I have encountered. The reception staff are rude and other doctors have made me feel more down and depressed about my condition than helping.

Incompetent. I cannot think of a more befitting word to describe this place. If you are an European student and expect to find quality doctors that are normally the standard on the continent this is definitely not a place to find such. It took the British doctors 5 appointments 2 meetings with GP and 3 with former nose/ear/throat doctor to determine that i have an allergy. Not a single test was made on me to determine what was wrong. Instead I was perscribed 3 different perscriptions for diseases that I didnt have which lead to worsening my condition. And as every appointment was booked 1 month after the previous one I spent 5 WHOLE MONTHS to find out something I already knew and had informed the first GP I met from Cripps( btw she could not spell "sinusitis" correctly), absolutely unacceptable! When I went back into my country in a matter of 2 weeks I had an appointment with GP who redirected me to ear/nose/mouth specialist, they ran microbiology and sinus x-ray and confirmed that it was an allergy and they sent me to alergologist. The alergologist did an allergy test in the same day and determined with precision my allergies and perscribed appropriate treatment. FYI Dr. Connor(British one) said that only an operation MAY help me but he was unsure even for that. The alergologist perscribed some drops and now I am as fine as I can be! In short "Best surgery in Nottingham" took 5 months 3 doctors, 0 tests and 3 prescriptions to tell me that my allergy is uncurable while in a 2nd world country an average clinic conducts 3 tests and cures it in 2 weeks... I have no words for that experience! I understand that you try to laundry some money from the NHS but please don't do it on the EU students back, we have seen it all! If this is the best surgery in Nottingham I do not want to think how bad the rest are!

Had to wait over an hour for my appointment. How can they be an hour behind schedule at 11 o’clock they haven’t been open long enough for such delays. They really need to sort that out
