Phoned up 6 times today and after listening to good few minutes of prerecorded message I finally got the option to speak to reception, although I didn't because as soon as I pressed it I was sent back to begining of automated service. Used yo love it but now thinking of changing it. Shame....

Used to love this practice but the new appointments system has simply rendered it a non-service. If you never ever want an appointment to see a doctor then this is the practice for you.

Awful - no chance of ever getting an appointment. It used to be such a really good practice but now it's just terrible. If they think I have all the time in the world to keep phoning for appointments then they are sadly mistaken.

Appointments are booked only 48hr in advance, when calling at 8am the service is not open and at 8:07 it is all fully booked???? Also when you get lucky enough to get a slot doctors ignore what you said and come up with assumptions to get rid of you in less than 5 minutes.

Awful, it’s so difficult to get an appointment there that there’s pretty much no point in trying, I don’t know anyone who would think it is a good idea to only be able to book routine appointments two days in advance.
