Always prompt and helpful. Appointments are accessible and the service is fair and helpful… So much better than other services I know of
Fantastic, amazing, caring receptionist. Very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. It was a young man with a beard.
I have always had amazing service from this doctors. Both Dr Hama's were very kind and caring. The major plus with this doctors is you could book an appointment for a couple of weeks time which I think has now just been stopped. Understood every doctors now does this but it I cant think of anyone that has a positive experience with this system. For working parents it is a nightmare and not useful at all.
I’ve been at this practice for almost 25 years and have always found the staff to be welcoming and friendly under the stress they must come under at times.nnThe nurses are exceptional and have time for you. My latest needs to see nurse Emma was 5* as was kept up to date with follow up calls. Mr Hama has been very supportive in my loss and should I ask for a call back I’m never let down. All in all I’m very happy with the service this practice provides.
Failing in their duty of care and lack empathy. suspected scarlet fever Advised to call 111 and this is the response I get every time i call. After ringing 111 they then referred me back to the GP and told me it will be referred back to them as they have a duty of care. Was unwilling to listen to my frustration and constantly put me on hold. They then tried to direct me back to 111 to speak to a clinician.
