My doctor who is excellent moved into this new and fantastic surgery at the beginning. I have been a client for over twenty years. I'm currently recovering from major surgery, and find the nurses to be absolutely fantastic, as are the District Nurses. I would agree to some extent with posted comment; the receptionists could improve on their welcoming skills.

Mediocre receptionists Waiting time for an appointment always over a week GPs average to say the least Even the one on the other side of the building is better, my partner goes there and has no issues. Musters!

Good doctors, good nurses, online prescriptions, good late opening pharmacy. Great NHS.

The practice is ok overall, receptionists can be a little rude in person and especially over the phone. I’ve had a lot of appointments this year and haven’t seen the same doctor twice. “My doctor” who has been assigned to me since I was a child, I haven’t seen since I was about 12! I often find that some of the doctors don’t really listen to what you say and try and get you out the door as soon as possible, to fit in with their 8 minute time slot.

I have been with this practice for two years and I have seen three doctors and two nurses. They have all been professional and accurate with their diagnosis and treatment. I moved to this practice after being with Cornerstone for 28 years, which had a diabolical system and staff. With Castle health care, I have been seen on the same day as I made the call or I have been given a choice at my convince. The receptionists have also been very helpful and considerate whilst on the phone or face to face.
