Complitly useless.used them only becouse cannot find any privet gp.for last few years doesn't matter if it me my wife of 2 y.o. doughter all they say is : paracetamol and water ....and the worst approach with lack of empathy and understanding has Dr. Sood. ..if you can avoid him better opinion you will find using Dr. Google

I disagree with the negative feedback, especially if you consider the pressure the NHS is in. This practice has short waiting times and a mixture of staff, some who I feel I have faith in, others, seemed a bit quick to dismiss, but this is the best practice i've been to of the last 3 or 4 in Notts. Thanks to all.

Didn't mind the receptionists or doctors unlike others. However they're fully aware they won't be able to make the appointment tin they give you so be prepared to wait in excess of 30 minutes every single time. If you're busy and unwell you're in for a stressful day!

Don't have a problem with the receptionists. For me it's solely the poor quality of medical care and lack of advice from the majority of Doctors there. Which is terrible. There are one or two OK Doctors but they are illusive or had moved on by the time I returned. There is no continuity in your healthcare here!

This practice has gone downhill since I first joined over 20 years ago. The receptionists used to be so helpful and friendly. Sadly no longer the case. Rude unhelpful and no understanding of being employed in the "care" sector. Couple of doctors ok but just ok. The appointment system is the worst ever. No consideration for their customers who work full time. I'm asked " can you get to the surgery in 15mins?" yes if I'm Usain Bolt as I work three miles away!! For full time working people this system is useless. Appointments need to be planned in advance. Please please please change back to advance appointments for people that can't make the same day and send all receptionists on customer service skills courses including telephone manners. Go back 20 years FMC and you may score a few 5's.
