Useless to get an appointment. Was on the phone for 4 hours to try to talk to someone nevermind actually see a doctor. Had to result to going to the walk in center and sitting around for a few hours to diagnose my problem and get antibiotics. I will be switching doctors as soon as humanely possible. Staff were awful and rude.

The ONLY reason it's getting 1 star is because I can't give NONE!!! An absolute waste of space!!! Receptionists are unhelpful, even put the phone down on me!!! I was trying to find out if my Girlfriend's prescription was ready... I'd already phoned the Chemist and it wasn't all there... GOT TOLD THAT THE SURGERY NUMBER IS FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY.... I THOUGHT THAT WAS 999?????

Helpful staff and doctors but just impossible to actually see a doctor. 
The online system only has appointments weeks in the future. 
The phone system has queues in excess of 20. 
If you have chronic illness pre 8:30am is a hard time to be functional by.

My doctor is the best doctor I have ever had actually. I'm incredibly happy with this practice, appointments via the online system are quick and easy to organise. Dr Graham is an amazing doctor that has made an actual difference in my life.

I recommend people strugglimg to get an appointment on the phone to use the online system. I've never had a problem since.

Terrible for making appointments! They take 8 booking appointments in the morning from 8.30am. I was 7th in the queue and by the time I spoke to the receptionist I was told all bookings had gone and to ring again tomorrow! It's like pot luck and I could be doing that everyday for weeks!  Book online at 8am if you want a better chance. But you will need to go in person to the reception to register and get a print out! Not good if you are really sick, haven't got a computer or don't know how to use one! No wonder people use A&E for non emergencies. I hope the surgery looks at its reviews and takes this one into consideration, if they are serious about cutting waiting times at hospitals. Why do GP' s only have a daily booking system & not a month by month one like everybody else??? People won't bother booking an appointment unless it's really serious and by then it's too late. Is health promotion and disease prevention a high priority at this surgery? The booking system would suggest otherwise.
