Brilliant service by the Cambridge branch.. Andrew was very helpful and even though he unable to price match he still made an offer which I couldn't refuse. Am yet to receive the set I ordered as I only placed the order today but so far impeccable customer service and friendly helpful service from Andrew thank you very much. Will be back for sure :)

We had a bit of shaky start in store, which resulted in me contacting Customer Service... but from then on the service could not be faulted. The staff at head office were extremely responsive, friendly, helpful and very fair. I am so happy with the system I now have and would recommend Richer Sounds for both the service and the products. Thanks for getting in touch so quickly to put things right.

Excellent service. Steve was extremely helpful and patient, over several days involving emails and shop visits, in helping me link my new amplifier to the rest of my somewhat antiquated system. Highly recommended.

Best service I've got in years, got good deal cheaper than amazon. Went knowing exactly what to buy, got everything sorted in 15-20 mins, was blown out by service and deals I've got, very pleasurable experience. This is how it should be done! UPD: It took a week and a half for my speakers to arrive in a store, ugh. Was perfect before that.

I spent over £3000 with this store. They have still not shipped 2 HDMI cables six weeks later that were agreed as part of the sale. I am still waiting on an AV receiver that I paid for in late December. They never return calls. First time I've used them as I always thought they were box shifters with no service and sadly, I've found them to be absolutely that.
