I went there looking for something, I was just snooping around. The shop had a few customer and the workers were very busy. They were polite and did what they could to help me but when an item caught my attention and I asked if they had a physical copy of it or if they had in other colour they had to reply with "no". Makes me wonder if we should try first online...

Absolutely brilliant staff; every member. I can honestly say I can buy with confidence here and receive outstanding service. The manager deals with concerns in a very timely manner and leaves you satisfied with the outcome of any concerns. It doesn't matter which member of staff you see, they are all really helpful. I've seen the way they help parents and grandparents pick gifts for their kids/grand kids and they ask questions to determine which console/game would best suit the kid. I've bought from them many a times and intend to continue doing so. Keep up the good job.

Traded in my Xbox 360 and all my games and the guy that served me never informed me about in store credit being slightly more so I lost out on some money and on a different day he didn’t really seem like he cared when my brother traded his ps3 in or to even cancel a preorder that he made instore
