The young lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful, but the lens I wanted wasn't in stock. Her manager came over and demonstrated the customer service skills of a crack-addled chimpanzee. He seemed intent on not doing anything to help me buy the lens and his demeanour was basically "Meh, not my problem." I attempted to ask if the lens could be ordered in and was told "too much paper-work" and when I tentatively asked about 0% interest payment plans I was told "Dunno, might be offered when you buy it, might not." - Michael Barrymore could present a more convincing sales pitch, to a pool party. So, I went home and went online and will never set foot in that shop again. I work in customer service and frankly, this guy shouldn't be in charge of a desk-lamp, let alone a shop.

Went for passport pictures of our baby. There were no facilities for taking any baby photos (e.g. a white mat would be enough!) and on top of that charged an extra £5 from normal price. The actual photos were defocused, blurry and unusable. In a place that they teach photography, they don't know how to use the manual focus so the camera does not focus on the background. We will be going out again for another photo session this time to Snappies that seem to be better equipped for passport photos.

Went to choose a camera which I need information on as I was a first time looking for a dslr or similar cameras. Staff aren't technical to explain that. Nor seen much new selection. Ended up buying one from John lewis.They had a good range and help from the staff in getting the right one.
