Quick turnaround on a laptop hard disk replacement, including collection and drop-off at my house. Good attitude. No hesitation to recommend.

A really good conscientious person. Something failed on my laptop - possibly the SSD. Natar (Spelling may be off) confirmed this, sourced a good replacement and reinstalled the OS. There were some really weird issues (Dell!) with the way the Bios was set up, so this was not a straightforward process.

Exceptional service. Was happy to keep hold of my PC for two months while I was abroad and then as soon as I was back the repairs (replacement HDD) were completed very quickly indeed. Brilliant and friendly customer service with very competitive prices. The owner is straightforward and honest and will help you save money where you can. Will definitely be going back if I have more problems. Thumbs up all round!

Laptop died at examiner meeting. Needed a quick fix. Googled and saw reviews were good. Took it Monday lunchtime. Very pleasant and helpful. Quote price up front. Picked up 24 hours later all done. Even installed windows 10 as my recovery USB for windows 8 from curry's did not work (waste of £30!). Very pleased and relieved. Recommended
