I used to go to game many times a week as a child, being an avid gamer as I grew up. Unfortunately game has not kept up with the demand of the new generation of gamers. The most popular games are nearly always out of stock, and is almost much more expensive than amazon or their competitors. Staff are not that helpful either, with the used games also being extremely expensive, being only 5% or often just 2 or 3% off new prices. No wonder they are struggling to stay afloat!

have decent stock and do disk repairs but I went on a Wednesday at about 6pm and it was closed even though it says 9am - 8pm

Purchased a pair of new headphones for my ps4, only to find out when i got home that they did not have the lead to power them and had know way of using them! Had to drive back to Cambridge the next day ( as i don't live local) and explain to them what happened. All they did was say it should work and "oh sorry" then laughed. I then said well actually i want to try another pair, i originally had in my hand to buy, until one of the members of staff recommended I buy these ones, I can see why now! When I said I wanted these other pair (which were on the shelf in the shop) they said we don't have them in stock, I would just keep these. Even though i already checked online before i came back with my incomplete pair that they were in fact in stock, the bloke said well the internet site isn't always right. I asked him to go check in the back room, he then came out with them! So in other words he didn't want to sell me the decent pair and just get rid of the pair that didn't have all the components with it! I was not happy with the fact they have stuff on the shelfs then say they aren't in stock when you go up to till,but ask them to check and they surprise surprise find them tucked away, also the fact of incomplete items in the store, advice to anyone, always check before you leave the store that the boxes are new and sealed!
