I just wandered in, killing time.  Haven’t bought a REPLAY item for years. The young assistant approached, in a very friendly manner, pointing out where the sales items were, advising that there were other in stock sizes if I liked anything.. No hassle, no pressure. Picked a sweater.  She found me a size and I was very happy with it.   Simple method of payment. On the way out I saw a polo shirt I liked. Same procedure.  Found my size.  Bought. How easy can it be for a 73 year old to shop!  First class.  I’ll be back.

Superb service. Asked to try on an inordinate number of Jeans, the staff were patient courteous and helpful sticking with me till I got the perfect fit. Great quality jeans. I’ll be back

Nice little boutique but not much selection

Absolutely shocking customer service! The staff member just couldn't be bothered at all! It was as if we were inconveniencing him by accepting his offer of help. Providing us with minimal input verbally then just leaving us to go and fold clothes! Not impressed, you'd expect better from the replay flagship store in Glasgow. But don't, as you'll be disappointed... I've got numerous pairs of replay jeans from stores and this store with it's un-helpful staff is by far the biggest let down. They definitely lost a sale today... One star is too generous.

Can’t speak highly enough of Kieran and Nuvi. I phoned to enquire about a jacket I had seen in a concession store but it had been the last one and there was a mark on it. They told me they had one and after checking etc they informed me on their loyalty scheme and said that I would get a discount on it with the loyalty card. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. It was nerarly closing time when I phoned and by the time I found the store it had just closed but they let me in to buy the jacket. It made my boys’ Xmas as after shopping all day for the perfect leather jacket, he got the one he wanted in perfect condition and with a discount. The guys are a total asset to Replay. Usually at Xmas time and definitely at the end of the day staff are desperate to go home and exhausted. They went above and beyond. They are an asset to your store.

Replay shop in Ingram street is absolutely brilliant the guys Jean's are the best on the market and they have loads of different styles am in my 50s and a love replay to bits you must give it a try..

need to swap a t-shirt as 2 washes and the neck has stretched
