Fantastic experience with an online order for a Fjällraven bag. Ordering was dead easy and it was well packed and delivered in no time. Their physical store looks ace and I’d love to visit, but I’m an English softie, so maybe next time. Seriously, brilliant shopping, trusted merchant and all round good folk - don’t hesitate. Ordered some nozzle caps online & before receiving the order the store called me to inform me of some more suited/better options, the man who spoke to me was really helpful. Order came today and I received a great variety of nozzles selected for me and a nice freebie too thanks :o  really appreciate the small things

I had a fantastic experience with Leslie from Fat Buddha Store.  I ordered a few bits online and messed up a few of the order details in my haste to submit it before their next day delivery deadline. I gave the store a call and Leslie went above and beyond to not only rectify my mistakes, but still got my order out that day.  There was no need for them to help me as much they did but it just goes to show how much they care about customer service and experience. Brilliant service, I will be ordering from FBS again and recommending them.

Have just received my first order from Fat Buddha Store. Even their inspired name meant I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed … and I’m thrilled with both a fabulous product Cotopaxi Amado Fleece and excellent service from Fat Buddha. I also needed some info about another Cotopaxi product which I haven’t yet ordered so gave them a call and received an email back within the hour. The leaflet included in the package states “a small family-owned business, over the bigger multiples” and boy does it show in their friendly, efficient and personal service. Well done Fat Buddha!

Thank you for ensuring the product arrived in Taiwan without any damage. I originally thought the packaging would be all torn up, but the wallet inside was in excellent condition—it’s clear it was well taken care of. At first, I thought this might be a fake store because I couldn’t find this discontinued item anywhere online. Then I came across this shop by chance and quickly placed an order as a birthday gift. I’m so glad I discovered this store. If possible, I’d love to visit in person

I was looking for a specific colour I managed to find the exact one I was looking for on your website unfortunately I did not take a picture of the project that it was used for I do appreciate the little gift included I will be buying from you guys again

I'm just starting out as a spray paint artist and I wasn't sure where I could get my paint from until I stumbled upon Fat Buddha Store, I ordered the crackle spray paint and the next day they arrived and wow this paint works really well. Fantastic Independent outdoor store in central Glasgow. Small but perfectly curated selection of ethical, quality brands. Store team are fantastic, highly worth a visit!

These guys are the best. The personal touch and above/beyond customer service is first class - there was an item I'd tried to buy at two other retailers, and each time it'd arrived in the wrong colour. I emailed FatBuddhaStore and within an hour they'd taken a photo of the item and the label, to reassure me they actually the thing I was after. It arrived quickly and i'm delighted.

Bought spray cans as I'm upcycling a children's car into a vw camper can! Colour is perfect and it arrived within 24 hours of purchasing! Really enjoyed the pack of haribos in the package
