Very dissapointed , I placed an order on 12th of December & have still not recieved it . This was gifts for my daughter's Christmas & now the items have all gone on sale. They have still not been sent out dispite being told they have been dispatched.Not a happy customer .

Classical Store great brand always good to check out what they have in stock. Always some nice household gifts. Nice plesent staff good fast service.

Popped in to exchange something, good social distancing practices in place, max 10 allowed in at one time, everyone wearing masks. Staff polite and helpful.

Any time I have tried calling them they NEVER answer the phone.  VERY annoying when you need to check stock before travelling.  You can ring all day, the next day, etc, they NEVER answer.  Lazy and snobbish.

Nice but pricey

Not the cheapest, but for quality and design, hard to beat.

Delightful shop that my wife uses all the time. Now if they just had a seat for us poor guys to use whilst our better halves browsed .
