I've been into this store twice now when up visting family, and both times I've had the pleasure of being served by Chloe. She is so incredibly helpful and friendly, and helped me pick out beautiful gifts for my nieces and gift wrapped them quickly for me as I was in a rush. She even remembered me from my first visit and what I'd purchased, and asked me how my sister liked it! The store itself is well presented and easy to find everything, but the service is above and beyond. Thanks guys! And thank you Chloe!
As always too many lovely things to choose from. A very friendly, helpful member of staff was very helpful.

Great fragrance products - the candles, hand wash, etc, all smell amazing and last for ages…although be prepared to pay for that quality. I find the clothing quite lacklustre but the bedsheets are incredible! High thread count, well paid, really luxurious. The home items are nice but totally overpriced. The store itself is laid out pretty well but it can feel a bit cramped I worked here when it first opened and it used to be more spread out with more space for moving around. The staff tend to be lovely - although on my visit this week they were too busy chatting to each other as they restocked, to acknowledge me…
Looking for a specific candle set as a gift. Very helpful staff, welcoming customers as they entered and able to direct me straight to the item I wanted. Quick service at the till despite the long Christmas queue. Lovely people packaging as well.
The staff are always very helpful when I am trying to find gifts for my mum. All the fragrances are really nice and affordable. Student discount is available which I a big plus on my books.
Love this shop always busy, felt the girl who served us wasn't as helpful or as cheery as previous visits, still won't put me off going back though
Love this shop, a fantastic range of goods but I find it rather pricey and tend only to shop there when I have a money off vouchers or during their sale periods.
Happy customer. Popped into Buchanan street branch on 21st March and the girls couldn’t have been more helpful. Found what I needed and did not feel rushed out of store even although it was past closing time. Thank you for your help.
Classical Store great brand always good to check out what they have in stock. Always some nice household gifts. Nice plesent staff good fast service.
