Visit this shop every time I'm in Glasgow. Right in the city centre on the main shopping street. Garments hang and laid out in a thought through manner with high level of attention to detail. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff members which will always go an extra mile to provide outstanding customer service. Would love to award 5 stars but due to the size of the shop pretty limited choice of collections and a tiny fraction of what's available online.

I buy clothes from Diesel very often but they dont have much in the store. I wanted to try few designs in the store that I ve seen in the online but they had none of them.. And my bf bought a shirt here then he found something else from the other store so he went back to the Diesel store less than an hour to refund it but the lady said its written on the receipt that we can only exchange if its on the sale. So I asked then why didnt you mention or double check when we were buying it -that it was on the sale so we cannot refund it. we got it from no-sale zone, i guess some customer left it there..? they should have check this too! She was chatting with other employee the whole time when we were paying it. Then at the end she just said thank you and I ll put your receipt in the bag. That was all so we didnt know it was on sale or we can only exchange it -no refund. If she double checked with us it wouldnt made us feel bad. Customers can always change their mind and In my opinion, its their job to at least let us aware about it? We didnt argue with her or anything we just left with little bad mood. And we just gave it away : But anyways I like their clothes and I go there very often hope they have more clothes to try and see it in the store as well.
Diesel uses non eco friendly materials, and does not minimise textile waste or use of hazardous chemicals used in textile manufacturing. These chemicals typically pollute water sources in the countries where these clothes are made. None or their supply chain is certified by labour standards. It has. 11-20% score on the fashion transparency index. This is dreadful. They use exotic animal products, down, wool, leather. However much they are charging you to buy here, their clothes are just fancy fast fashion that cost them pennies to make, via exploitation of humans. In 2022, shops and businesses like this have no place on the high street.
There is no other shop in Glasgow that does better jeans & that's a promise, Staff are excellent at assisting the right pair aswell
Staff didn’t look up from there phones the entire time we were in the shop, not even a hello as we walked in the door.
