I would echo everyone else's view on experience.  From about ten seconds in, you are followed around the store; no 'space' to be allowed to browse.  I spent a reasonable amount of money so just put my 'stalker' to good use and had her running back and fore, which was helpful, but had i not went in with the intention to buy, i probably wouldnt have bought..  i would describe it as oppressive, not in terms of hard sell, more that you are treated like a potential thief.  If this store makes profit, its the brand that does it and not the customer experience as such.

While I ended up buying a few items the entire experience was lackluster. The initial sales staff was not helpful at all on finding a similar item and shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. At the very least, say welcome to look around or make some suggestions. Not just a bunch of NOs.  In any case, continued to browse through some other items some of which were already ruffled up by previous customers and another sales staff came asking to see if I needed help like I caused the mess. The staff was eventually helpful in finding the sizes I needed and a few others styles which they had in the back, +1 star.  While I’ve shopped at numerous Ralph Lauren stores around the world, this has been the worst so far. Doesn’t reflect the positive, friendly Glasgow vibes I got elsewhere.

Gave it another chance . My wife was looking for a dress for a function and went in on Sunday and was followed about the shop from an older lady thinking i was going to steal something , Horrible experience and vibe in the shop . Went 200 yards along road into Cruise , totally different experience , treated like a real customer and ended up spending a fortune .  Shame on you thinking your better than everybody .

Great store. Special thanks to the lady who helped me today. Went above and beyond and made the experience very personal. This brand to me is all about quality. Not just in the product but in the process, and customer service is a part of it. Exceptional.

Wouldn't even give it one star for customer service. When you walk in staff don't acknowledge you are there. When they finally do one says "sorry we are feeling a little tender today...".  Marked a plain white shirt when steaming it before wrapping it, had to bring it back and they had no more in stock.  Poor customer service. Won't be back. Stick to online instead.

I was followed as if i was a shop lifter. Will not be returning. I frequent RL many times a month for gifts and for myself also. I was there to buy quite a few gifts, but I was made to feel so uncomfortable by the staff, who did not speak to me yet were way beyond acting as security. It was more like a police escort. I have never been watched so intently in a store. Yet one could ponder why I would have to be watched so intently when I wasn't even carrying a bag. Zero customer service. Awful atmosphere. Staff glared at me and followed me. I shouldn't have to leave a store furious. I strongly suggest you begin to change your hiring strategies.

I’m a regular customer of Ralph Lauran products. I’m v happy with quality of clothes and brand itself 5*.  However, today I bought 3 shirts within 10 min from Ralph Lauran Glasgow store and I was v shocked and disappointed with v poor customer service.  Staff Middle aged lady with short hair at the store was v rude and arrogant. I’ll never ever shop again at this particular store. Therefore, I’ll not recommend this store. I have been going here for years buy my shirts and jumpers from here, Qaulity is really what you expect from Ralph Lauren and the staff were helpful towards me, My experience is usually good

Great staff. Very helpful. Found the sizes we were looking for XXL. The shop is beautiful inside so it's worth to go and see

Store was very quiet and clean. Expensive clothes but helpful and friendly assistants.
