The designs are eternal. The presentation is great. However time and time again the staff make me want to walk straight out before I’ve made it through the front door. I’ve worked customer service in high fashion stores for years and experience better service in Superdrug.
One of the female staffs was really rude to me—don’t know if it was her normal act or it was because I am Asian. When I take a scarf and asked her nicely ‘can I plz try it on’ she rolled her eyes and said yeah rudely which made me sick. One of my worst shopping experience in the uk
