The staff here were so lovely! Phoned in advance to order in some rocking horse ballerina shoes and they were so friendly and helpful. When I came in to collect them, they were just as nice! I felt so welcomed and they made it a really exciting trip. All of the staff who were in were lovely, but Taylor was an absolute star! She was so kind and encouraged me to try on the pieces I was curious about. It was just a really awesome experience and I can't wait to come back!
Went shopping for an 18th birthday gift for my grandaughters 18th birthday we were served by the most pleasant and helpful members of staff , nothing was a bother for them and they also removed some links from another gift a watch she had received. i phoned the Vivienne Westwood store yesterday as i wasn't able to get a jewellery piece on line. The girl Emma said she would check other stores and call me back. i was left a message to be told she was able to get it from a London store and i would be able to collect on Thursday. What amazing customer service !!!! made my day :
Called the Glasgow store today and spoke with Jamie re a necklace I was trying to source. Jamie was warm friendly and helpful, checked stock and confirmed with me to collect later pm. I arrived later than anticipated, Jamie recalled me from my earlier call, welcomed me and had my item was ready and available. Great customer service from him and wanted to have his customer service recognised in a review. Thanks Jamie appreciated all your help and support more so at this busy festive shopping time.
Helpful staff and great displays. One of my first stops in Glasgow. Be sure to take you passport and you can get a VAT refund on departure.
Bought this bag and purse set start of December for Christmas Gift by September the pin in the bag handle broke which I was refunded for but the purse has a lot of peeling around the edges and was refused a repair replacement or refund never got 9 months use out of the set and only an occasional use bag and purse not down to the store itself but overall customer services is a joke gave to take items into store to be photographed with receipt then sent away with them and wait a week to 10 days for a decision… store manager did try for a solution on purse but no luck not great quality products for what you pay always loved there stuff but won’t be buying again
The orange haired attendant called me very uncomfortable. I don't know if she was racist because she treated us with contempt the whole time, even after we had purchased the product. She didn't even look up at us. I would not recommend people of colour to come unless you want to be looked down upon.
Psa Rebecca who works in this store is an absolute Angel was so kind and helpful to me when I was trying to purchase the last orietta vivi necklace in the store. She packaged it up so nicely and even sent me a personal note with the package ! Rebecca if you ever see this you are an absolute gem and Vivienne Westwood Glasgow is so lucky to have you as an employee
I visited last year and bought the most amazing red heels which I love wearing and receive many compliments. I received wonderful customer service at that visit. I visited today to see the latest collection, and was interested in purchasing a scarf and a jacket. I walked out appalled by the fact that I was completely ignored for the 20 minutes I was there. The male assistant was preoccupied with one customer the whole time and didn't even acknowledge that I was there apart from a brief hello as I walked in. He could have handled the situation so much better and made a sale. I went in a second time with my partner and he was with the same woman and ignored us both. Again! Missed sale of over £1k due to non-existent service.
What can I say, fantastic customer service from the Glasgow store staff. Special shout out to Caitlin who was amazing. Had a problem with delivery of an item. She sorted it in a very professional manner. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful ring to match my earrings & bracelet. It fits perfectly. Thanks again. Jainey x
