Cruise sold me a Tommy Hilfiger shirt with an ink mark on it. The shirt came from the back room as I had requested a different size, so it was only after the purchase I noticed the mark. They refused to help me and said I had to contact Cruise customer support online, who then said I had to speak to the store manager. Nobody at Cruise wants to resolve this for me, it's now my problem to try to get the ink mark out.
Nice selection of accessories but staff were slightly passive aggressive and a tad stuck up. One ginger haired lady especially kept pestering me. When I made it clear I only wanted to look today she kept watching me like I was dirt and following me. They clearly thought that because it was a department store that sold designer items that I didn’t belong there.
Was first class service however when it came to the packaging of my purchase I was very disappointed as the box appeared to be too small as lid did not sit very well on the box and a pink ribbon wrapped around it, not appropriate for the item that I had purchased. As it was only the way it was packed I am extremely happy with purchase.
Nice pieces picked up, unfortunately my wife s heels bought had a tear in the back 1,000 quid and I’m back in NY ‍. Anisa was very helpful and courteous
Bought a represent hoodie after 2 months writing on the back wore away Olivia the manager rude and patronising said not a manufacturing problem not able to do anything after I had paid £160 for it. Do not shop here, nice clothing but customer service appalling.
Staffs asked a lot of personal questions and kept me away from shopping
Always a great rapport with the most helpful staff. They always make a point of asking questions about what you are looking for,size,style,colour etc.Top draw every time
Customer service is appalling. If something could be resolved easily, at low cost for them to make customer happy they’d still ask for the most difficult way possible to do things. Wouldn’t buy from them again. Also any time I’ve been in store to ask if something I’ve seen online is in for me to see in person I’ve been laughed at - on more than one occasion - and told “that’s last season stock”. So unprofessional, only interested when you’re handing over your money.
I've always had a good experience when visiting this shop. Very polite helpful staff throughout the shop. The bald guy always goes out his way to help me when they don't have my size so get the item delivered to store. I can't fault anything
Stood over 10 minutes in front of Louboutin and no one attended to us. When I finally managed to grab one of the staff’s attention and asked the item I want, she just said they don’t have it and didn’t give us a chance to ask anymore questions as she was rushing with her cleaning products and didn’t come back to us. Foolishly stood another 10 mins thinking she would come back or someone else would attend to us. So we left and went to house of Frasers and got my shoes there instead : much better service. Will not come back here
