I bought a coat as a present £120 but wasn’t told at the time there was no refunds given  and I was pointed to a sign with tiny print on the counter stating this when I took it back the following day. The day I bought the coat, the counter was covered in clothes and I definitely did not see the sign  so it was probably covered over, but even if I had seen it, it’s almost impossible to read unless you pick it up. I complained to their customer services via my account, and they stated they were looking into it. I then went to log in to my account to ask for an update and they’d deleted my account. I appreciate that companies are not compelled to give refunds, but you should at least be told of this at the point if sale. I will never buy anything from them again and I want to warn would be buyers of their underhanded tactics so that you don’t end up in the position that I’ve found myself. To compound things, their so-called customer service team then “lost” the details of my complaint twice more via their social media accounts and I have written to their CEO but still waiting on any response- buyer beware!!  I feel that I now have to add to this as I emailed their CEO over a week ago and he didn’t even have the decency to respond.
