I picked up my Skoda Superb Sportline Pro last Friday after what has been the best experience I have had buying a car. Brilliant customer service, hassle free, all completed in a week. I can't recommend RRG Bolton and Adrian Gannon highly enough.
Visited RRG Skoda Bolton for a new wing mirror after an accident. I have to say I have been truly blown away by the customer service. James & Peter in the parts department have gone above and beyond to supply and fit the new part. To top it all off James even washed the car after fitting the part! My wife and I collected our new Graphite Grey Skoda Karoq SE L from RRG last Friday. From start to finish the service we received was perfect. The 'cherry on the cake' moment is definitely the 'Reveal Room' where the car is revealed from under a black fabric cover illuminated by brilliant white lighting. I'm yet again delighted with the service we've received from Leigh and colleagues at RRG. I only came in to service my wife's Octavia and I walked out with a Kamiq as well! It's been a really easy and pleasant process, with such great support from Leigh that it makes it easy to recommend him to anyone looking to get a Skoda. Thanks to all of you!
From start to finish the customer care with Adrian Gannon was outstanding. He kept me up to date and gave realistic timescales of when my vehicle would be ready. Adrian is very reassuring and capable, the whole experience was worry-free and simple. I had a car in mind already and he ensured the car would be suitable for me and my needs, that I could get in and out comfortably etc. The showroom was always clean, relaxing and comfortable, with refreshments provided. Amazing service and I can't thank him enough.
From our initial online enquiry via Skoda UK to collection of our vehicle from RRG Skoda Bolton, my husband and I were treated very courteously and professionally throughout the entire process of introduction to our nearest dealership, test driving our preferred car model, selecting a car, administration and handover. After much deliberation and research, we had originally intended to order a brand new Skoda Kodiaq but, due to the global shortage of microchips and therefore new cars, we were unprepared to wait several months. However, it wasn’t a problem as our lovely Sales Executive, Warren, who had clearly listened to our requirements, soon introduced us to what would become our newest family member, a low-mileage 2020 Skoda Kodiaq 2.0TDI 190PS 4x4 Sportline. After a quick check on Autotrader of similarly spec’d cars, we were satisfied that we were being offered a good deal so, after some very pleasant negotiations, we all shook hands. We were later introduced to the Transaction Manager, Adam, who kindly and very patiently explained all the financial and protection options, which it transpired present excellent value for money, hopefully equating to worry-free driving for at least three years. All that remained was collection of our vehicle. We were very pleasantly surprised on arrival to find our names on a plaque in front of a gift-wrapped car in the showroom window. We had never received such heartwarming VIP treatment by a car dealership before! Upon entering the showroom, we were welcomed warmly by Karen on Reception, Adam and most of the sales team, Warren, Jakub and Dave, the Sales Manager. Dave and Warren presented the car to us both, and Warren kindly demonstrated some of the car’s features to ensure a safe and trouble-free journey home using the built-in navigation system, which, incidentally, is excellent! Thank you RRG Skoda Bolton for your sterling, unpressured service and for welcoming us to the “Skoda family”. We are more than happy to recommend you and your cars, and we trust your promise to help resolve any problems should they occur in the future
Brought my car in to have the cambelt changed. Customer service from Martin was fab from start to finish. I have absolutely no clue when it comes to cars so the health check video from Marcus was such a nice touch. Feel like i have had a mechanics lesson! Will definitely be returning but hopefully not too soon!!! Highly recommend
From start to finish the team at RRG were fantastic. Our particular thanks to Adrian and Adam who made the whole experience go very smoothly, which was most appreciated given the very long distance we had to travel to pick up the car. See you for the next one!!!
I had a really warm welcoming by Karen the receptionist who then showed me over to Warren who sold me my car, I got a Vauxhall Corsa, he took me on a smooth test drive and showed me everything I needed to know about the car. He is really good at explaining the features on a vehicle. Glad I bought the car and I would definitely come back for another again!
Lovely friendly staff, attentive and not overbearing. They treat you like a person, not a customer. I'd been struggling to find someone to hardwire some dashcams for me and they fit me in at a moment's notice and gave a fantastic price. I'll definitely be back!
