A very professional and first class service! We sold our house through Reeds Rains in Bangor and are very pleased with the result. Jonny and his team made the whole process completely hassle free from start to finish. They gave us guidance throughout and dealt with all the viewings, negotiations and even coordinated completion when we were on holiday. I also need to give a special thanks to Lauren, who was always at hand to liaise with all parties, keeping us all on track.

We had the pleasure of working with Aimee to buy our family home and we couldn’t recommend her enough. Aimee went above and beyond with helping us. She was professional but so personable throughout the whole process and she left no question unanswered. Thank you Aimee/ Reeds Rains Bangor!

10 out of 10 for Reeds Rains Bangor  I cannot recommend them enough  I bought my house in Bangor through them 10 years ago, it was a repossession, and i didn't have a clue! Jonny couldn't have been more helpful, with a wealth of knowledge and guided me every step of the way to a great deal. Naturally, when i came to sell the property, i gave Reeds Rains a call, hoping Jonny was still there... and he was. I had my house on the market a few days later and sale agreed in 1wk at full asking price! Thats not all tho, the whole team are just on it! Lauren and Amy were both excellent, couldn't be more friendly, helpful and efficient, keeping me updated every step of the way. I wish i could say the same for the estate agent i was buying my new property with, it was like night and day... didn't answer the phone, no updates and everything was an effort. We recently sold our house through Reeds Rains in Bangor, and were truly delighted with the service. Selling a house can generally be a really stressful experience especially when trying to do it remotely from Australia! but Jonny & Lauren and the rest of the RR team done everything possible to reduce that stress and shoulder that burden themselves. They genuinely looked after everything, from helping to coordinate some minor cosmetic updating, to listing the house and viewings, to negotiating offers, and to final completion. Expectations were managed and kept in check throughout, and in the end, they got us a much better outcome than we had anticipated. Reeds Rains mantra is clearly to take all the emotion and difficulty out of the process for vendors so that the right decisions are made seriously - you can’t put a price in peace of mind , and for that we’ll be forever grateful to them. I can’t recommend these guys enough - thanks Jonny & Lauren, awesome work

Our rental contact was discontinued, so we had to find a house within about 2 months. Amy has been very helpful finding us a house that just about :-D suited our budget and that we could move in within the timeframe.
